With the route analyzed and limiters identified, this training program is specially designed for the mid peloton Sabie Experience racer.

The program is designed around the daily working lives of the majority of the mid-peloton racer making training time as efficient as possible. It gradually builds up to your goal event over a 12 week period guiding you through all the training phases making sure you train right at the right time.
