Cara Humphrey & Associates

Cara Humphrey & Associates has 10 years of experience working with all levels of sports individuals and teams - from school level to professional athletes.

“The dieticians” provide nutritional services for all phases of training, competition and recovery. Clients receive holistic advice to help improve their performance and recovery through nutrition - plus minimise their risk of injury.

This partnership is designed to provide Trainingbible coaches and athletes access on an exclusive basis to information and experience at the highest level. Not only will Cara provide individual nutritional coaching packages to athletes of all levels but she will also act as a consultant offering services such as seminars, talks and advice via our newsletter. As part of the Trainingbible philosophy of providing athletes with a full service this new partnership comes after months of discussion between Senior Coach and Trainingbible Partner Eckard Bergh and Cara Humphrey.

“It’s so important that we deal with athletes on a holistic basis. Coach and Dietitian can now interact to the benefit of the athlete...each one knowing and understanding exactly what the other is doing. I have spent most of my sporting and coaching years trying to achieve this level of communication and collaboration between athlete, coach and dietician. We are very excited at the prospect of working together with Cara and her team”
